Group Task Roles
    Coordinator: tries to give the group some semblance of order
    Evaluator-critic: analyzes suggestions
    Orienter-summarizer: recaps discussion
    Secretary-recorder: makes notes about discussion

Group Building & Maintenance Roles
    Supporter-encourager: works to keep everyone involved
    Harmonizer: tries to manage conflict within group
    Tension-releaser: uses levity to defuse
    Compromiser: helps the group craft a plan that is acceptable to all
    Standard setter: controls behavior of group members

Self-Centered Roles
    Blocker: habitually raises objections
    Aggressor: belittles other group members
    Deserter: abandons the group completely or is very unreliable
    Dominator: demands the group's attention
    Recognition seeker: wants the group's praise
    Confessor: uses the group as therapy
    Clown: humorous ways distract the group from completing their task
